This Invitation to Bidders (the “ITB”) is an invitation by Sturgeon County (the “County”) to prospective Bidders to submit BIDs for the 2026 Gravel Road Improvement Program

Generally, the work includes, but is not limited to the following:
• Mobilization of equipment to site
• Roadside Brushing/ Clearing
• Shoulder Pulling
• Subgrade Preparation and Compaction
• Supply and Installation of Surface Aggregate
• Supply and Installation of Corrugated Steel Pipe Culverts
• Supply, Placement and Compaction of Clay Borrow
• Ditch Grading and Excavation
• Supply and Installation of Erosion and Sediment Control
• Landscaping, Finishing and Supply and Spreading of Topsoil and Grass Seed.
