Description

The purpose of this project is to proactively replace the Air Handling Unit prior to a complete system
failure. Taking this preventative approach will significantly reduce facility downtime and minimize
disruptions to building operations. Additionally, this replacement will help maintain the building at a high
operational and performance standard, ensuring continued reliability and efficiency. Due to the public
nature of our building, we need to limit downtime to minimize impact on bookings.
