OVERVIEW:
The objective of this assignment is to engage the services of a qualified, experienced firm to provide envelope services for the envelope sections identified herein. As part of this EMP, the City requires that all the envelope assets have up-to-date envelope assessments, and that routine maintenance is carried out. Additionally, pricing is being requested for optional services, measurement and painting, infrared scanning, and a blower door test for each building separately.
This project will include five (5) buildings at this time with the ability to add additional
buildings as the City deems fit. The following locations / buildings are included within the scope of this agreement. See Appendix A for more location / building details.
