Description

This request for proposal is an invitation by the Town of Ponoka to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software and System Implementation Services. In preparing for this procurement, the Town recognizes that there may be no single platform or solution that can meet all needs, and therefore the Town anticipates that it will select and implement multiple solutions from one or multiple proponents or providers. Functional requirements include: Core Financials, Human Capital and Payroll, Utility Billing, Property Taxation, Procurement, Inventory Management, Animal and Business Licensing, Permitting, and Citizen Service Portal.
