This Negotiated Request for Proposals (the “NRFP”), as may be amended from time to time by Addenda is an invitation by the City to prospective and qualified Proponents to submit proposals for replacement of Millstone Trunk Sanitary Sewer between East Wellington Road and Westwood Road. The construction scope includes 980 m of larger 900 mm diameter pipe and manhole installations in accordance with stringent agricultural and environmental standards.
