BCIT is seeking to shortlist three (3) to five (5) General Contractors to be prequalified to participate in a subsequent Invitation to Tender (ITT) for Renovations/Tenant Improvements to a one-storey concrete, steel, and unit masonry building measuring 23,300 square feet, on BCIT’s Burnaby campus. The building will house trade shops, logistics, and administration functions. The work includes site modifications including construction of a ramped loading bay.
