This Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) is issued by the Board of Trustees of Black Gold School Division with the intention of creating a list of Pre-Qualified Contractors who are pre-qualified to perform the services. The anticipated duration will be identified at the time of issuing each Scope of Service and requesting a price for the Services to be provided thereunder.
