School District No.73 (SD73) invites interested suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of SSD Solid State Drives with the following specifications:
• Scenario 1
o 152 each 500 GB-class (480-512 GB)
o 24 each 1 TB class (960 – 1024 GB) or
• Scenario 2
o 100 each 1 TB GB-class (960 - 1024 GB)

• Specifications for all above:
o 2.5" SATA form factor
o MLC or TLC NAND (not QLC)
o 3D NAND preferred but not required (must specify in quote)
o must include DRAM for caching
