Location: The Experimental Lakes Area (ELA) is located thirty kilometres (30km) south of the intersection of Hwy.17 and Gordon Lake Road near Kenora, Ontario.

Work includes but is not limited to:
Removal and off-site disposal and/or recycling. Disposal to be at an approved location of selected inventories including docks, boardwalks, boats/motors, wooden and concrete v-notches, nets, culverts, wood, stilling wells, pipes, floats, rope, wire, hardware, tarps, small equipment and gauges, cabins, outhouses, trailers, storage box/bins/drums, poles, monitoring stations, tables/chairs, ladders, equipment supports, pins in rock, platforms, buoys, rafts, PVC curtains, nets, fish cages, debris and other above ground or submerged items... etc
Clean-up of the soil beneath structures, as required, to leave the site to naturalize.
Removal of all existing debris (limited to small items found during the normal course of work such as wood pieces, metal cans, plastic containers, etc.) along the water' edge at all Lakes even if not explicitly listed in the contract documents.
Off-site disposal of material with designated substances, and non-hazardous material.
Relocation of selected inventories to the ELA Camp or other Lake Areas, in lieu of off-site disposal.
Removal and decommissioning of 7 wells in the ELA Camp and removal and plugging of approximately 150 wells in the ELA Hinterlands.
A bidders' conference will be held at Best Western Lakeside Inn & Conference Centre,

1st Avenue S, Kenora, Ontario on 21 August 2014. The conference will begin at 10:00 AM CDT, in Cascade Room. The scope of the requirement outlined in the bid solicitation will be reviewed during the conference and questions will be answered. It is recommended that bidders who intend to submit a bid attend or send a representative.
Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority before the conference to confirm attendance. Bidders should provide, in writing, to the Contracting Authority, the name(s) of the person(s) who will be attending and a list of issues they wish to table no later than 18 August 2014.
Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the bidders' conference will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. Bidders who do not attend will not be precluded from submitting a bid.
The duration of work is scheduled to be completed within twenty-six (26) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.

Bidders should provide, with their bid or promptly thereafter, a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder.
If such a list has not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the information.
Failure to provide such a list within the required time frame will render the bid non-responsive.
Bidders must always submit the list of directors before contract award.
Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals named in the aforementioned list within a specified delay.
Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the delay will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. A COMPLETE LIST OF EACH INDIVIDUAL WHO IS CURRENTLY ON THE BIDDER'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS. (SEE APPENDIX 2 OF THE "ITT" DOCUMENT)
