Demolition & Removal of Light Keepers Dwelling - Cape St Mary's, NL

Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement

for the Demolition & Removal of

the Light Keepers Dwelling at Cape St Mary's, NL. Work under this contract consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the provision of all

plant, labour and equipment and material for the demolition and removal of the light keeps dwelling. It also involves removal and disposal of asbestos and other materials identified in hazardous materials survey report and complete demolition of structure and concrete foundation of abandoned dwelling located at Cape St. Mary's, Newfoundland lighthouse.

Bidders must refer to R2710T GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS - CONSTRUCTION SERVICES - BID SECURITY REQUIREMENTS (GI) (2014-09-25) for the Integrity Provisions applicable to this requirement.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:

It is recommended that the bidder or

an authorized representative visit the site to familiarize themselves with all existing conditions as they apply to the Scope of Work. All individuals planning to visit the site are required to provide their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The PPE shall include, as a minimum, safety glasses, safety boots, and safety hats.
