Requirement - Fort Smith HOGEN Project

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement for the following project.

This project comprises the furnishing of all labour, materials, equipment and supervision required for renovation and fit up of the Balloon Launching Shed and Installation of new HOGEN Hydrogen Generator and related work as specified and/or indicated, at the facility located in Fort Smith, Northwest Territories.

NOTICE - OPTIONAL SITE VISIT It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site.

Arrangements have been made for a tour of the work site.

There will be an optional site visit on August 5, 2015 at

9:00am MDT. Interested bidders are to meet at Lot 6, Group 765, Plan 1983, Fort Smith Airport, NT.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required and is the responsibility of the Bidder.

Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form.

Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid.

Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

This PWGSC Office provides procurement services to the Public in English.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF).

Bidders should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1) contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized directory structure.
