This procurement is set aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB), as detailed in Annex 9.4 Requirements for the Set-aside Program for Aboriginal Business, of the Supply Manual. This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision eachhas for set-asides for small and minority businesses. Further to Article 1802 of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), AIT does not apply to this procurement.

The Work under this contract shall include, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all superintendence, overhead, labour, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, and all things necessary for and incidental to the satisfactory performance and completion of the work, as more fully described in the drawings and specifications, for Breakwater Construction at Playgreen Point, Manitoba.

Value of Project:

To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $1,000,001 > $5,000,000.
