The OCOL/CHRC Relocation and Fit-Up project will be located on the 3rd floor of the Crown owned Canadian Grain Commission building, 303 Main Street in Winnipeg.

The project includes a full Fit-Up of two new office spaces and the construction of future tenant space.

The work includes selective demolitions including remediation work on the existing south, east and north walls, reconfiguration of existing infrastructure and new installations on the 3rd floor.

Currently, the Canadian Grain Commission building has a separate Construction project occurring throughout the building which includes the 9th floor level. Coordination between the successful Bidder and the current Contractor will be required.

Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms, special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing, and are to ensure they are addressed in the submitted bid.

Value of Project:

To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $500,001 and $1,000,000.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT There will be a site visit on January 16, 2018 at 1:30 pm CST.

Interested bidders are to meet at the Canadian Grain Commission Building, 303 Main Street, Winnipeg, MB.

Bidders who, for any reason, cannot attend at the specified date and time will not be given an alternative appointment to view the site. No exceptions will be made.

This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to comply may result in rejection of your bid.
