Harbour Development, Prosser Rock-Phase I, St. John’s, NL

Public Works & Government Services Canada has a requirement for work that consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and materials for the first phase of the Harbour Development project at Prosser Rock in St. John's, NL, including but not limited to the following: construction of a new marginal wharf (combination of treated timber cribwork and steel socketed pipe piles) with reinforced concrete deck and all associated mooring cleat blocks, hardwood fenders, ladders, concrete wheelguard, electrical conduit and all indicated uplands improvements.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS:

This requirement includes Crown Supplied Material valued a $575,000.00.

It is recommended that the bidder or an authorized representative visit the site to familiarize themselves with all existing conditions as they apply to the scope of work.

All individuals planning to visit the site are required to provide their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

The PPE shall include as a minimum safety glasses, safety boots and safety hats.

Bidders must refer to General Instructions G2710T (2018-06-21) for the Integrity Provisions (Code of Conduct and Certification) applicable to this requirement.
