This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 31206-130314/A dated 2013-09-13 with a closing of 2013-11-05 at 2. p.m.. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

Requirement:

The National Research Council (NRC) of Canada's Aluminium Technology Centre (ATC), Saguenay site, requires a 30-tonne heated hydraulic press equipped with an automatic control system for force, temperature and time.

Within this mandate, the NRC wishes to acquire a 30-tonne heated hydraulic press for the manufacture of samples that require controlled and stable operations protocols for force, time and temperature.

The scope of the work includes the supply of the system at the NRC address as well as installation and start-up (optional) and training (optional) on the use of the equipment.
