Title : Acquisition of a large aperture laser power meter

(a) Description :

Defence Research & Development Canada - Valcartier

is looking to make the acquisition of a large aperture laser power meter to measure the emitted laser power from a high energy laser. The needed power meter must meet the mandatory requirements stated at annex A, Statement of Requirements.

(b)

Deliverables :

The contract deliverables are :

(i) Laser aperture laser power meter (including cables and other ancillary items) ; (ii) Readout Licensed Software (if required) (iii) Calibration certificate (NIST traceable) ; (iv) Documentation package containing the power meter specifications and a user manual, including the software user's guide if applicable.

All the deliverables must be received at Defence Research & Development Canada - Valcartier site no later than on March 31, 2013.

(d)

Trade agreements :

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
