Public Works and Government Services Canada is establishing a Supply Arrangement for the provision of Electrical Materials and Supplies (excluding DataComm products) to all Federal Government Departments and Agencies in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba

Existing qualified suppliers who have been issued a supply arrangement, will not be required to submit a new arrangement.

This Supply Arrangement cannot be used for requirements in locations which fall under the Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements.

This procurement is set aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business.

This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for set-asides for small and minority businesses.

Delivery Date: 01/06/2012

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
