The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the provision of one (1) portable, short range, hand-held, 3D Laser Scanner and accessories, and one (1) Photogrammetry system which meet the requirements identified in the solicitation documents that can ordered via MERX.com.

Suppliers are required to have a Procurement Business Number (PBN) before contract award. Visit https://buyandsell.gc.ca/for-businesses/register-as-a-supplier for PBN registration instructions and to learn more about selling to the Government of Canada.

After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
