This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 21501-155370/A dated 2014-07-03 with a closing of 2014-08-13 at 2:00 PM MDS. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply, delivery and off-loading of fresh bread products to the Correctional Service of Canada,

located in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba an "as required" basis during the period estimated from October 1 2014 to September 30, 2015 inclusive.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
