The Department of National Defence (DND) requires Regional Individual Standing Offers for the supply of Composite Food Packages for up to (3) geographical locations detailed below. Offeror may submit an offer for one or more locations.

The Composite Food Packages will consist of the preparation of hot and cold meals, and boxed lunches as detailed in Annex A, Requirement on an "as and when requested" basis for one (1) year from the date of issuance, with (2) consecutive one year option periods, in accordance with the requirements detailed herein. Canada will award up to (3) individual Standing Offer's according to the geographical locations.

1. Kenora, Ontario 2. Thunder Bay, Ontario 3. Prince Albert, Saskatchewan

As per the Integrity Provisions under section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006, offerors must provide a list of all owners and/or Directors and other associated information as required.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
