Requirement: Transport Canada wishes to purchase a 7-cubic-yard trailer spreader for use in an airport environment. The spreader must be installed on the trailer chassis. It must be made of a simple central conveyor system and two rear spinners close together to allow spreading to the rear of the spreader, without equivalent. The spreader must be equipped with a system of two tanks with a capacity between 200 and 400 litres each. The spreader must also be fitted with a control inside the cab for the pumps hydraulic motor. Connections are required for the operation of the liquid potassium acetate spreading system. The equipment must be delivered to the Sept-Îles airport and installed and start-up by the Contractor on a "John Deere 6330" tractor.

Trade Agreements: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
