Notice of Requirement

The Department of National Defence (DND) 17 Wing, Winnipeg (Manitoba) requires an Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply of Composite Food Packages for (4) geographical locations below:

1. Kenora, Ontario 2. Thunder Bay, Ontario 3. Regina, Saskatchewan 4. Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Offerors may submit an offer for one or more locations, and Canada may award up to 4 individual Standing Offers.

The Composite Food Packages will consist of the preparation of hot and cold meals and boxed lunches as detailed in Annex A, Requirement and Annex B, Basis of Payment on an "as and when requested" basis for one (1) year from the date of issuance (September 1st 2017) with two (2) consecutive one year option periods.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
