Requirement:

The RCMP LMD IFIS unit has a requirement to purchase four (4) Terrestrial laser scanners delivered by March 31 2018 and an option to purchase additional one (1) scanner within three years after contract award. Software licenses, ongoing calibration and maintenance support must be included for a minimum of 3 year period. This requirement also has an option of on-site training services. Refer attached tender documents for requirement details.

A bid can be submitted in both official languages of Canada.

Security Requirement:

FA02 – escort required while in RCMP buildings

Instructor is not permitted to access Protected information.

Instructor is not permitted to sign-on to the RCMP network.

Bid Submission:

Bids must be submitted ONLY to the RCMP Bid Receiving Unit by the date, time and place indicated on page 1 of the bid solicitation. The RCMP will not assume responsibility for bids directed to any other location.

Due to the nature of the bid solicitation, ORIGINAL Bids transmitted by facsimile or e-mail to the RCMP will not be accepted.

Evaluation:

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
