Defence R&D Canada is seeking to acquire a pan & tilt with stabilization to test medium size setup with a camera, laser or other instruments. DRDC needs a stabilized platform to point a target in a fixed and mobile environment. Speed of displacement should be precise and smooth to help pin point a target up to 5 Km.
