OPTION TO EXTEND THE CONTRACT:

There will be an option to extend the term of the Contract by up to one (1) nine (9) month period, and an additional two (2) consecutive one (1) year option periods(s).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
