REQUIREMENT: To provide Janitorial Services including all labour, material and equipment for Department of National Defence Canada for Montmagny Military Armoury, located in Montmagny, (Quebec).

The services must be provided in accordance with the Technical Specifications attached at Annex "1"

Contract period is for to two (2) years, from August 1st, 2014 to July 31st, 2016

with a possibility of three (3) individual optional years.

It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for site visit to be held on May 12, at 10:00 am Montmagny Military Armoury, 194 de la Gare, Montmagny, Quebec.

This procurement is subject to Security requirements.

PROJECT ESTIMATE: between $100,001 and $ 250,000
