Description

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has a requirement for the provision of Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE) Surveillance and Sampling Services in the Alberta South region. The purpose of this Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is to signal the government’s intention to award a contract for these services to West Coast Reduction Ltd. Located at Alberta Processing Co., 7030 Ogden Dale Place SE Calgary, Alberta and Southern Alberta Processiding media sources often not captured by traditional monitoring, such as smaller regional, local and cultural broadcast and news outlets.

The Contractor(s) must provide the Government of Canada with media monitoring products and services for one (1) or more categories as described below.

1 - Media Overview - Midnight Media Overview; Daily Media Overview; Canadian Landscape

Front Pages; Video Clippings; Transcripts political programs; Transcripts evening news programs 2 - Audio/Video clips, recordings and transcripts on request 3 - Cultural Media Overview

It is anticipated that Contracts will be awarded as follows:

Category 1 - Media Overview - January 2017 Category 2 - Audio/Video Clips/Recordings/Transcripts - June 2017 Category 3 - Cultural Media Overview - February 2017

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
