Decontamination Research

Defence Research and Development Canada- Suffield has the requirement for analytical support in the

design, method development, sample analysis, data analysis and reporting of iew Determination Process. Communicating with the Chair of the Appraisal Review Panel (the “Chair”) on matters related to the determination of fair market value of proposed ecological gifts is a key component of this work.

The Contractor will have extensive knowledge of and experience with environmental land conservation and taxation and the framework of the ecological gift valuation process.

As such, the Contractor will be able to advise the Chair, and assist the Appraisal Review Panel in preparing recommendations to the Minister of the Environment as to the fair market value of proposed ecological gifts. The Contractor will also assist the Chair in communicating the results of appraisal reviews and determinations and in other matters related to the Appraisal Review and Determination Process.
