The purpose of this procurement is to secure commercial accommodation, meeting space, and food & beverage for the delegates attending the Spring 2018 Department of National Defence / Canadian Armed Forces (DND/CAF) Military Conference, 22

24 May 2018, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

Due to security, logistical, and cultural event challenges, the location of the establishmentproviding the requirement must be located downtown Ottawa within walking distance to the National Defence Headquarters, the Parliament Buildings, the Market, the Rideau Canal, and the National Gallery of Canada.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
