Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) has a requirement for the provision of occupational therapy (OT) consultation services for the field office located in North Bay, Ontario. The period of the contract is from date of award to March 31, 2018 with options to extend for one (1) additional one (1) year period.

Please note: There may be a total of two (2) Contracts authorized.

Bidders have the option to provide Technical and Financial Bid for occupational therapy (OT) services five (5) days per week or Technical and Financial Bid for occupational therapy (OT) services four (4) days per week.

Bidders also have the option to provide pricing for both requirements however must be presented separately for each requirement.

All proposed personnel to provide occupational therapist consultation services must meet the following:

-Graduation with a degree from a recognized university; -A certificate of current registration as a registered occupational therapists in the province where the work is to be performed. -Twenty-four months of full time experience in thelast seven (7) years providing occupational services to adults as a registered occupational therapist or supervising or teaching the practice of occupational therapy treatment of adults. -Hold of valid driver's license in the province where the work isto be performed.

Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender documents through the Government Electronic Tendering System (GETS). Addenda, when issued, will be available on GETS.

This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in both official languages.
