Description

The National Research Council wishes to award a preventive maintenance contract to JEOL Canada Inc.

JEOL is the original equipment manufacture of our JBX-6000 FS/E Electron Beam Lithography system and is the only company capable doing the maintenance for reasons of commonality/compatibility of parts and components, interchangeability of software and reverse data compatibility. Only the OEM “JEOL” has factory trained OEM engineers and technicians for the repair and maintenance of our Microscope
