Description of the Requirement:

Transport Canada requires consulting services to:

Assess the

existing governance model

for Canada’s strategic ports;

Develop options for a

modified status quo , as well as

alternative models , to optimize the governance of Canada’s strategic ports; and

Develop

indicators

to monitor the performance of the governance of Canada’s strategic ports.
