Description

TITLE:

Vehicle, truck and van maintenance and repair service

(Mont-Joli, Quebec)

This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number F5211-180133 dated September 18 th , 2018 with a closing of October 29 th , 2018 at 2:00pm ADT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

TRADE AGREEMENTS:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:

The Department of Fisheries and Oceans (Quebec Region) owns a fleet of vehicles (cars, trucks and vans) for its operations in Mont-Jolie, based at the Maurice Lamontagne Institute in Mont-Joli.

The Offeror must provide a price list/detailed breakdown of all parts, labour, materials, supplies and related costs.

PERIOD OF THE CONTRACT

The period of the Contract is from the date of December 1 st

2018 to November 30 th

2020 inclusive.

ENQUIRIES – BID SOLICITATION

All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than

TEN (10)

calendar days before the bid closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.

PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY

An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offers and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer.
