Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires a Full Narrative Appraisal Report for the property located at 435/445 Ellice Avenue in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The property consists of two office/laboratory buildings and one common parkade under one title. An appraisal to estimate the market value of the property for disposal purposes is required based on the highest and best use.

The report is to estimate a Market Value for the land and improvements as of the inspection date.
