Heavy Equipment Rental with Operator, DND Cold Lake, Alberta

Work under this Standing Offer includes the provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision and material and transportation as requested by the Department of National Defence, Cold Lake Alberta, in the form of call-ups

for the provision of

heavy equipment rental complete with operators.

Services are to be provided on an "as required basis" at DND Cold Lake and Primrose Lake Evaluation Range.

It is anticipated that 1 firm will be issued a standing offer.

The standing offer will be issued for a term of three (3) years.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

This procurement contains a MANDATORY requirements. See Part 4 for details.

Debriefings After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.

Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

This PWGSC Office provides procurement service to the public in English.
