Description:

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires building maintenance services for the National Forensic Laboratory Services (NFLS-E), Edmonton, Alberta.

The contract period will be for two (2) years from the date of contract with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to three (3) additional one-year periods. The anticipated start date is September 1, 2019.

Mandatory Site Visit –

It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at 15707 118 Ave. NW, Edmonton, AB T5V 1B7 on July 18, 2019 at 14:00 hrs. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than three (3) days prior to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. The Bidder’s representatives must bring a valid government photo ID (e.g.) Driver's License/Passport . Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information.
