TENDER CALL

Sealed tenders will be received by the Town of Sackville until 1100 hours local time, Thursday, August 3rd, 2017, for the following project:

ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT
PRE-ENGINEERED STORAGE BUILDING
TENDER NO. 2017-14

The Tender box is located at Town Hall, 31C Main Street, Sackville, N.B., where a public opening will be held immediately following the tender closing.

Plans and tender documents may be purchased for the sum of $100.00 per set. Documents may be obtained from:

Every Contractor submitting a tender for this project must be thoroughly familiar with the tendering procedures according to the General Regulations and amendments thereto, a Regulation under the Crown Construction Act.

Specifications are contained in the Town of Sackville, Standard Municipal Specifications (2015), available for purchase at Town hall.

A Bid Bond of 10% of the total tendered price or a certified cheque of 15% of the tendered price is required for tender submission.

Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
