Sealed tenders, clearly marked as to content, will be received by the Town of Sackville until 11:00 a.m. local time, Thursday, June 21st, 2018, for the following project:

2018 CAPITAL WORKS
CONSTRUCTION OF NEW STORM WATER RETENTION POND AND ABOITEAU - LORNE STREET STORM WATER MITIGATION - CONTRACT NO. 2018-12
This work generally consists of site erosion and sediment control, mass excavation for new storm water retention pond, major ditching and storm water culvert installation, installation of new watermain, sanitary sewer, trenchless installation under CN, installation of a new Aboiteau Structure, protection of existing services and features, temporary water works and sanitary sewer by-pass, street reconstruction, restoration, and all related appurtenances.
The tender box is located at the Town Hall - 31C Main Street, Sackville, NB, where a public opening will be held immediately following tender closing. No award will be made at the tender opening.
Every Contractor submitting a tender for this project must be thoroughly familiar with the tendering procedures according to the General Regulation and amendments thereto, a Regulation under the Crown Construction Act.
Tender documents may be purchased for a non-refundable fee of $200.00 per set. All Cheques shall be made out to the Town of Sackville. Plans and supplemental specifications may be obtained from:

A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total tendered price (including HST), payable to the Town of Sackville, must accompany the tender.
