INVITATION
Workplace Health Safety and Compensation Commission of New Brunswick (WorkSafeNB), a commission established under the Workplace, Health, Safety and Compensation Commission Act and Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal Act, wishes to invite Proposal(s) from qualified companies (Proponents) to provide an investigation software solution and associated implementation services, training, software maintenance and technical support to be used to facilitate and manage investigations by WorkSafeNB into
workplace accidents and fatalities. The software will be used to maintain confidential and private information. This includes, but is not limited to: injury information, medical information, business information, court information, orders, etc.
WorkSafeNB wishes to negotiate and establish a contractual relationship with the successful proponent for the provision of an investigation software solution.

RFP SUBMISSIONS
Sealed RFP submissions for WHS-2019-CRR-01, Investigation Software Solution will be received by WorkSafeNB before 1:00 p.m., May 10, 2019 (Atlantic Standard Time), at the Saint John office of WorkSafeNB's Rehabilitation Centre.
Proposal submissions must be in a sealed opaque envelope and/or sealed courier envelope clearly marked with the proponent's name, mailing address, and tender initiative number and shall be addressed to the following:
