Description

Parkland County’s planning department is responsible for year-round monitoring and processing of infrastructure construction and permitting within the County. At times, the County requires additional resources to process and manage the volume of work. Upon the request of the County, the Consultant will provide support and implementation of engineering design standards conformance to infrastructure quality, and provide infrastructure inspection and infrastructure testing verification for project sites. The Planning and Development contact will provide the site assignments to the Consultant based on site readiness, construction completeness, project deadlines, weather conditions, etc. All services will represent Parkland County’s LDE services core values and industry best management practices.
The Scope of Work shall include, but is not limited to, providing support in the following categories:

• LDE and Planning and Development process support;
• Construction inspection; and
• LDE program support.
