Description

The intent of this Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is to accept Proposals from qualified firms (the “Proponent”) to provide Consulting Engineering Services services for conducting and providing a Wastewater Treatment Plant Master Plan to provide direction for short term and longterm wastewater infrastructure planning, investment and implementation. These services are more specifically described in the attached Terms of Reference.

A Mandatory site meeting has been scheduled for 10:00 AM local time on October 8, 2019 at the City of Medicine Hat Wastewater Treatment Plant Admin Building (see attached map for directions). Your contact for the site meeting is John Michalopoulos, (403) 502-8097.

This site meeting is MANDATORY. Only those companies that attend the meeting will be allowed to submit a Proposal. Proponents should come prepared with ppe (boots, hardhats, gloves, glasses & high visibility vest or clothing).
