Description

Calgary Municipal Land Corporation (CMLC) in conjunction with CHC (Calgary Housing Company) is seeking a Prime Design Consultant to provide concept design, detailed design and construction
administration for the proposed renovations to East Village Place. The scope of work
involves the compilation of a Design Development Report (Existing Condition and
Options Report) coupled with conceptual designs of potential options to accommodate
the new occupant. Subject to funding approvals, the design may progress to
subsequent phases of detailed design development and implementation.
