Description

NOTE: Five General Contractors have been prequalified to submit bids for this project. This posting is for subcontractors to provide bids to the prequalified General Contractors only.

The scope of work involves the construction of a replacement 3,361m2, K-12 school and community centre in Irma, Alberta with associated site work. The community portion of this area is 550m2 and includes and expanded gymnasium, community kitchen, storage space, stage, and incremental increases to washrooms, circulation spaces, and mechanical area. The project is being carried out in a Design-Bid Build format under a CCDC 2 contract. This contract also includes the demolition of the existing 3,762m2 school and associated hazardous materials abatement.
