Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision and implementation of an E-Procurement Software Solution (the Deliverables) as set out in this Section of the RFP. The selected Proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City for the provision of the Deliverables.

The initial contract period will be for five (5) years from the execution date. Upon expiration of the initial term of the agreement, it shall be deemed renewed with the same terms and conditions for successful periods of two (2) years unless either party has given the other party written notice of termination not less than fourteen (14) days prior to the expiration of the initial term or subsequent renewal terms.

The City may award in whole all proposed modules or select in part which modules the City determines are in its best interest to award.
