Description

Work of this Contract comprises the following:

.1 Remove existing Indian Graves Campground Toilets and replace with new concrete vault toilets and tanks at the existing toilet locations

.2 Location: Indian Graves Campground, Kananaskis Country, Alberta, Canada

3. The work includes:

i. Demolition, removal and disposal of existing wooden toilet buildings;

ii. Cleaning, removal and disposal of existing buried septic holding tank;

iii. Supply and construction of new pre-cast concrete double vault toilet buildings including:

a. Supply, installation and priming of concrete septic tanks;
b. Supply and installation of precast concrete toilet building structures;
c. Supply and installation of wooden truss and metal clad roof;
d. Supply and installation of all building accessories identified on the drawings; and
iv. Landscaping repairs.
