Description

The purpose of this RFQ is to engage and retain the services of a company in the business of providing:
Maintenance and Repair Services to various types of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems (HVAC)
Servicing of equipment under this agreement includes but is not limited to, hot water heating boilers, ventilators, roof top furnaces, classroom furnaces, radiation unit ventilators, A/C condenser units, heat pump units, dry and wet cooling towers, air handling units, exhaust fans, etc. Familiarity with Siemens Building Automation Systems is an asset.
This agreement as a whole and quotation pricing found in Section 07 - Quotation Proposal Submission Form, shall be fixed for the period:
July 1, 2018 to August 31, 2021 inclusive
