Description

This Project is focused on the verification of program results. The objectives of this project include the following:

1. Verification of program results to establish a high degree of confidence in final deemed savings estimates reported by the program implementers;
2. Allow programs to be equitably compared according to their impacts;
3. Provide recommendations for improvements to data management and calculations methodologies. Note this is not intended to be a full process evaluation but is meant to capture observations identified while verifying program results.

While the scope and planning of the project may evolve, the following milestones are anticipated to be required, with progress and preliminary analysis findings to be provided at each milestone:

1. Preliminary assessment and analysis;
2. Program implementer review and follow-up;
3. Quality control review, and;
4. Final report and recommendations.
