Description

Alberta Innovates plans to update its communications infrastructure to take advantage of advances in IP Telephony, Unified Communications, and business process tools to improve communications, increase productivity, and reduce costs.
The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather information about the various telephony systems currently available. The information gathered will enable AI to formulate a strategy for moving forward with the upgrades.
