Description

This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision, implementation, training and maintenance of a residence software system for residences at RDC.

The term of the agreement will be for a period of three (3) years with an option in favour of RDC to extend the agreement on the same or similar terms and conditions for an additional two (2) year term. It is anticipated that the agreement will commence on September 3, 2018.

Proposals received will be evaluated via a four stage method in which the highest ranking proponent will be invited to enter negotiations with RDC.
