AUC-18-01 - Consultations software solution

The purpose of this request for information is to find a stakeholder engagement software solution to manage consultations at the AUC. The AUC solicits input from its stakeholders on matters that have an impact on AUC processes including inquiries and development of AUC rules. The feedback received from participants may be incorporated into processes, policy or AUC rules.

The AUC is seeking a solution to consolidate all AUC consultations in one central location and is specifically designed to manage stakeholder participation, organize relevant documentation, manage timelines for meetings and participant comments, provide notification to participants, and archive or export a consultation process once concluded.

The AUC reserves the right to enter into direct negotiations with any proponent(s) to determine if a mutually acceptable agreement can be reached based on the responses and information received to this request for information. If all responses are determined to be unsuitable, the AUC, at its sole discretion, can choose not to proceed any further.

The AUC is not seeking a firm contractual commitment or legally binding offer from any proponent. Proponents and the AUC shall not be contractually obligated to each other in any manner.
